How can we help?

Email support@hiorio.com. We aim to review safety reports within 24 hours and general support within three business days.

Add the widget

1. Create a nickname and prepare Self Send or an invited conversation.
2. Touch and hold an empty area on the Home Screen, then choose Edit → Add Widget.
3. Find Leaf Message and add the size you prefer.
4. Touch and hold the widget, choose Edit Widget, and select the conversation to display.

Change the displayed conversation

Touch and hold the widget, then use Edit Widget → Person to Display. Refresh connections in the app first if a new room is missing.

If a note is delayed

• Widget Push is a best-effort system signal and its timing is not guaranteed.
• Open the app once to synchronize the connection and Widget registration.
• App updates normally do not require deleting the widget. Opening the updated app reconciles existing widgets.

Report and block

Use the visible Report or Block menu at the top right of a conversation to report the latest received message or block the person. You can also touch and hold an individual received message to report it. Blocking ends the connection and stops new messages. Contact local emergency services for an immediate physical safety issue.

Nickname and account

Rename in Settings. Account reset deletes the server account and local Widget credentials and cache.
